Psalm 95:1-5

Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD,
let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving. and extol him with music and song. For the LORD is the great God, the great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land.

Coconut Chicken and Potato Curry

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsps olive oil (or cooking oil)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut up in 1" cubes)
- 4 medium potatoes peeled (cut up in 1" cubes)
- 1 can coconut milk (16 oz)
- 1 cup chicken stock, bouillon, or water (8 oz)
- salt and pepper (to taste)

How to make it:

-   In a large casserole saute onion in oil untill softened. Add green pepper and garlic and saute 2 minutes.
-   Add curry powder and saute 1 minute
-   Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or untill potatoes are tender.
-   Serve with a side dish of basmati rice

*** I used two sweet potatoes and two regular potatoes, Also I used three cloves of garlic. I used homemade stock too***

What a mighty and powerful God we have! There are so many people who need to hear of his glory. Being Christians we need to step up and spead HIS word to everyone. everyone needs to know about HIM. It is my goal to get the word out as many people that I can. I can't imagine not knowing God, the one who created the earth, me, and everything that is around me! There are many souls to be saved, and many mansions in heaven! So spread the word!

Autumn

This morning it was cooler outside! I think that autumn is around the corner. Autumn is such a pretty and colorful season. not too hot or too cold, it is just perfect. Autmn trees are like pictures that God painted. What a beautiful season, I am definetly ready for it!

Matthew 17:20

"Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

Peaceful Painting

I like this picture because it is very serene and calming. It is very detailed and beautiful. It is amazing that something as common as a tree by a pond can be so beautiful. God has created beauty all around us!

Country Road

I like this picture because I love the country. Autumn is such a beautiful season, All the trees are so colorful. There is nothing more peaceful than driving down a colorful country road.
